Lowfat Biscuits from Scratch

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups white flour
1/2 cup whole wheat
2 1/2 t. baking powder
1/2 t. baking soda
1/2 t. salt
1/2 cup buttermilk, lowfat
1/2 cup fat free greek yogurt
2 T. canola oil
Directions
Pre heat oven to 425 degrees. Mix dry ingredients. Add the liquid in a well in the middle of the flour. Mix until blended then knead about 10 times on floured board. Roll out into about 3/4" and cut with large biscuit cutter. Place on cookie sheet sprayed with non stick spray. Bake 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
