We found the recipe needs more salsa, & the patties crumbled. For us, I've since modified it by adding more salsa, removing the bread crumbs, & serving it sloppy joe style garnished with fat free sour cream spread on the buns, jalapeno slices, & shredded low fat cheddar cheese. Now it's a favorite! - 8/3/09

This was so easy, dinner was on the table in no time and my husband loved them to boot. Doubled the amount of salsa and threw in some oats and flax seed, along with a liberal amount of garlic and a sprinkle of cayenne pepper. Ate them open-faced on toast with sour cream and mango salsa...delicious! - 8/5/09

My hubby loves this recipe and that's saying a lot because he's not at all fond of turkey. I usually make these once a week! I used extra med salsa, onions, 2 egg whites plus chili powder, garlic powder, steak seasoning and extra breadcrumbs to keep them together. I also use my George Foreman grill! - 3/3/10

I added an egg white and some spices and some Worcestershire after reading the reviews and mine came out great! We made them on the Foreman grill. I had 20 oz of turkey and made 6 patties with 117 calories each. Very easy and tasted great with avocado, lime juice, hot pepper rings & extra salsa. - 11/21/10

Made these for lunch & they were delicious. Agree w/ others to add a little egg white to hold the patties together better. Also add a little garlic powder & seasoned black pepper for taste. Suprised when mom & dad came by & gobbled them up too (& they claim they don't like ground turkey..lol)! - 6/27/10

I used more salsa, added some herbs and left off the bread crumbs. I cooked it on my George Foreman grill and served on Arnolds whole wheat sandwich thins with a slice of garden tomato, lettuce and horseradish mustard. I also make salsa burgers using 1lb turkey, 1lb lean ground beef, 1 cup salsa. - 9/4/10

I add shredded cheese and some various seasonings. I make up a bunch of patties and freeze them. I live a very busy life so this is nice because I can run home put a patty on the George Forman and in 5 mins have a good dinner. I also use Pepperidge thin buns. They are 100 calories and tasty! - 8/31/10
