Introduction

I couldn't find any ham and veggie stir-fry's on here, so i tinkered with it and made my own I couldn't find any ham and veggie stir-fry's on here, so i tinkered with it and made my own
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients



    * Mixed Vegetables, frozen, .5 package (10 oz)
    * *Potato, raw, 1 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.)
    * Ham, regular (11% fat), 1 cup, diced
    * Fresh Chives, 8 tbsp chopped
    * Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    * Garlic, 2 clove

Directions

Cut the potato into small pieces and toss into pan

Cut garlic into small pieces

Turn on the heat and add 1 tbsp oil, add in frozen vegetables.
Add ham after a few minutes.

Makes 2 servings.
