Ingredients

    1 t OLIVE OIL
    1 C ONIONS DICED
    1 C CELERY DICED
    3/4 C CARROTS CHOPPED SMALL
    1 LB TURKEY BREAST GROUND
    2.5 C STEEL CUT OATS
    7.5 C CHICKEN BROTH
    1 C WATER

Directions

Saute veggies in olive oil, brown turkey. Mix together and
then add oats, broth and water. Cook for an hour.
