Introduction

Not your mothers limp sprouts!! Not your mothers limp sprouts!!
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    20 brussel sprouts, cleaned
    4 slices bacon, chopped and cooked reserve 3 tbsp bacon fat
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 tsp black pepper
    3 tbsp chopped onion
    3 cloves garlic, minced

Directions

Cook bacon, set aside. Remove any extra bacon fat and leave rest in pan. Add onion, garlic and cook 1 min, then add sprouts and cook until tender in middle and caramelized on outside.
Season with salt and pepper.
