Directions

Mix together dry ingredients. Add water and oil, mixing well. Drop by heaping tablespoon onto a cookie sheet. Bake at 425 for about 20 minutes or until set and lightly brown on the bottom. Makes 8 biscuits. I sometimes add stevia to sweeten the biscuits in place of topping with honey or jam.

  • I did not try them with the sweetener, but they were very good with a little butter or jelly. If you normally don't like foods made from whole wheat, this might be a little too bland for you, so you might consider adding the milk or the sweetener. - 2/12/08
