Fresh tomato and beans salad

Introduction

chop garlic and basil, add mustard, red pepper olive oil and vinegar mix vinegarette,
drain and rinse the beans drain,
slice the mozzarella,slice tomatoes, peel and slice cucumbers,
mix beans, cucumber and vinaigrette and divide among plates
alternate tomatoes and cheese slices, garnish with a basil leaf

    2 red and yellow fresh tomatoes sliced
    1 cucumber peeled, cut into slices
    1 can rinsed and drained garbanzo beans
    1 can rinsed and drained butter beans
    1 1/2c. chopped basil, 1 clove garlic minced, 1 tsp. dijon mustard and 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper mixed with 1/4 c. olive oil and 1/4 c. vinegar
