Number of Servings: 6


    3 Chicken Breasts
    2 stalks of celery
    1 can waterchestnuts
    1Cup broccolli - partially cooked
    3 tbsp soy sauce
    1 tbsp canola oil
    3 tbsp oyster sauce
    2 tbsp peanut butter
    1 tsp corn starch
    2 tbsp water
    1 tsp garlic
    1tsp ginger


1.heat oil
2. add ginger and garlic
3. when ginger can be smelled - add diced chicken
4. cook till brown
5. in the meantime - mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, and peanut butter -set aside
6. mix corn starch and water in a seperate bowl-set asida
7. remove chicken
8. add partially cooked broccolli, celery and waterchestnuts
9. add sauce
10. return chicken to pan
11. stir cron starch and add
12. stir till the right thickness
13. serve over rice or chinese noodles
