Thin Cut Breaded chicken Cutlets (rp)

Introduction

This is Breaded Chicken Cultets. THey are delicious and Are quick to make because they are THIN CUT!!
Enjoy ! P.S. I used an egg, but you may substitute 1/4c egg white to batter the chicken!

Ingredients

    1.04lb Purdue Thin Cut chicken Cutlets
    1 Tbsp Olive Oil
    1/3 c Seasoned Bread Crumbs
    1 egg (substitute egg white- but calories change)
    Pan for frying
    Pepper Flakes (optional)

Directions

Open the Thin Cut Chicken. There will be approximately 4 slices at 3.5oz and 1 and 4oz.
Run under a quick cold water rinse
In a bowl Crack the egg and beat. Add Chicken to the bowl
Set aside
On a plate, put 1/3c of Bread crumbs.
Take the chickenfrom the egg mix and add tobread crumbs.
Coat evenly.
Prep Pan with 1 tbsp of olive oil. Put 2 ta a time to fry lightly (2min each side) Sprinkle RED PEPPER FLAKES on the Chicken. Cooks nicely in oil and kicks up the flavor.
Now transfer to oven on flat sheet or aluminum for 5-7min at 360degrees,
Remove and Add to a nice bed of Spinish or any salad of choice. I also added sweet potatoe fries to this! YUMMY
