Oatmeal "pancakes"

Introduction

This is a great breakfast to have because it's good for you and it keeps you full until lunch. You can add lots of different things to it as well - cinnamon, grated apple, mashed bananna, blueberries This is a great breakfast to have because it's good for you and it keeps you full until lunch. Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 egg
    1/2 cup quick oats
    1/4 cup non fat milk
    cinnamon
    optional: grated apple/bannana/blueberries....whatever you want to add in!

Directions

mix all ingrediants together in a bowl. Spray frying pan with cooking spray if necessary. Make into two or three "pancakes" - cook until slightly brown on each side and cooked all the way through.
