Hummus (no olive oil)

Introduction

The best hummus I've made yet! I had to look at the recipe a few times to make sure that I wasn't leaving olive oil out - rest assured, the it doesn't call for any oil and tastes amazing! * 1/2 cups lemon juice, more or less to taste
    * 1 1/2 tsp salt, more or less to taste
    * 1 clove garlic - more to taste

  • GREAT! I used about 1/8 cup of lemon juice, and no salt...my daughter gobbled it up. Thanks for the recipe. - 12/29/12
