Introduction

This recipe come from the abs diet book. This is one of my favorite recipe for fresh salmon. This recipe come from the abs diet book. This is one of my favorite recipe for fresh salmon.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2 TBS olive oil
    1 TBS lemon juice
    1/4 tspn salt
    1/4 tspn ground black pepper
    1 TBS ground flaxseed
    1 clove garlic
    4 salmon fillet (6oz each)

Directions

In a baking dish, combine the oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, flaxseed, and garlic. Add the fish, coat well, cover, and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 450 degre F. Line a baking sheet with foil and coat it with cooking spray. Remove the fish from the marinade and place the fish skin side down on the baking sheet.
Bake for 9 to 12 minutes. Serve with green vegetables of choice

  • This looks delicious, but the calories per serving are off. It should be 4 Servings (not 1), and the figuring for the cals in the olive oil should be based on 1/2 Tb (not 1 Tb), and for the flaxseed it should be 1/4 Tb (not 1Tb)...so the calories are actually lower than listed! - 7/20/10

    Thank you, for correcting those errors, I also thought that the calorie should be less but when I entered the recipe for calorie count, this is what came out...needless to say, i was not happy about the result, now i am more at peace with the corected count
