Introduction

This is my version of Hummus. This is my version of Hummus.
Number of Servings: 34

Ingredients

    2 300g cans of Garbanzo Beans - drained and washed
    Juice of 1 large lemon - remove all seeds
    1 T Olive Oil - good quality
    1 T Smooth Peanut Butter
    3 Large clove of Garlic - finely grated
    2 T water to adjust
    1/8 t cummin
    1/8 t curry
    1/2 t salt
    1t black pepper
    1 green hot chilli pepper
    1 T chilli sauce

Directions

1 serving = 20g

1. Drain and wash beans. Remove any loose bean shells.
2. Mash bean, add water and lemon juice . Blend beans with an immersion blender until smooth.
3. Add the rest of the ingredients and contine to blend the mixture until smooth. It should have a butter like consistency.
Refrigerate to enhance flavor. Sprinkle with fresh Cilantro to add more flavor.
This recipe makes 34 servings - 20g each
