Chicken pasta Primavera

Ingredients

    9 oz Barilla Plus Multigrain pasta
    2 Tsp olive oil
    15 oz chicken breast, sliced into 1/2 inch strips
    1 onion, vertically sliced
    3 garlic cloves, minced
    1 tsp dried oregano
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp black pepper
    2 cups chopped fresh tomato
    2 zucchini sliced lengthwise into ribbons
    4 Tbsp parmesan cheese

Directions

Add oli to pan and add chicken strips. Cook until done and very lightly golden. Add onion, tomato, garlic, salt, pepper and cook for 8-10 min. Add zucchini ribbons and tosss together. Cook about 3 min. Meanwhile cook the pasta until al dente. Drain and add to chicken mixture. Toss gently to combine and top with cheese.
