I used Boca ground burger, canned tomatoes, fat-free cheese, and omitted the pepperoni. I also used 1/2 regular flour and 1/2 whole wheat flour. It was wonderful. Cut the calories down to 150.5, fat 3.0 g, sodium 418.4 mg. - 9/28/07

I cut back on the cheese and made this with mushrooms, onions, garlic, spinach, and ground beef, and it was a hit with the whole family. Nice that it's versatile and quick. Thanks! - 1/26/08

This was soooooooo deeeee-lish! I substituted a few things to make it even healthier (wheat flour for flour; olive oil for veg oil) I also omitted the pepperoni and used fresh mushrooms, added chopped green pepper with the onions and used 1/2 the shredded cheese. - 1/18/09

I've been making this recipe for years but we called it pop-up pizza we love it! One thing I do different is I pour some of the crust mix in first then the meat mixture and cheese then pour the rest of the crust mix on top with some Parmesan that way its kind of mixed we like it better that way. - 9/23/09

My calorie count was a little lower because I used ground turkey, I halved the mozzarella and parmesan cheese, and I used very little pepperoni. The crust was tasty, but next time I am going to add fresh green peppers, black olives, and mushrooms to the meat for more flavor. - 4/6/08

This was really tasty - I used a store-brand sauce, ground turkey, and added some sauteed bell peppers, onions and mushrooms instead of pepperoni. I also used less cheese. Even my boys (husband and 25YO son) liked it and went back for more. I would like to try it with all veggies and no meat. - 6/17/09

This was super!! I added green peppers and used turkey burger as suggested above and canadian bacon instead of peperoni. My children came home for dinner last night and loved it . I might have to make 2 pans next time they come home. Thanks. - 7/8/09

The pizza sauce I used was rather bland, but I will be making this again. I added mushrooms and green pepper as well. You can really use anything you like with this recipe. Very versatile. - 10/21/07
