Turkey (light meat), 2 cup, chopped or diced
Bacon, 1 unit, cooked (yield from 1 lb raw chopped
Apples, fresh, 2 cup, quartered or chopped
Baby Carrots, raw, 1 large
*brocoli, 1 cup
Green Beans (snap), 1 cup
Sweet Corn, Fresh, 1 cup
balsamic vinegar, 3 tablespoon
Olive Oil, .5 cup
Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
Add all the vegetables and stir frequently.
Add water after the mix is mixed well with the oil and balsamic vinigar.
Cook until all vegetables are tender.
Optional ideas: add spices, rice, noodles, or Taryaki Sauce to add additional flavor.
