Seriously Simple French Toast

Introduction

Though it's not as good as a bread that's been soaked in a milk, egg & spice mixture this definitely takes care of my craving for french toast. Low carb, low fat & low cal & "Seriously Simple" - not to mention FAST! Low carb, low fat & low cal & "Seriously Simple" - not to mention FAST!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1/4 C Original Egg Beaters, divided equally
    2 Slices Sara Lee 45 Delightful Whole Wheat Bread
    Nutmeg, to taste
    Cinnamon, to taste
    Vanilla, to taste

    * Spices & Vanilla not included in nutritional values

Directions

Mix spices in egg beaters.

Drizzle 1 TBSP of mixture over each side of bread covering it completely, give it a few seconds to soak in then flip and do the other side.

Cook on med-high skillet until browned.

Makes 1 serving.
