Mango Chicken Wraps

Submitted by: DONNYBELLE

Introduction

Not incredibly low cal/low fat BUT the fat that is in this comes from good fats in avocado and can be removed; without the avocado, the recipe is 363 cals and 5.5g fat. This makes a very filling dinner/lunch and is super tasty. Ingredients

Chicken Breast, no skin, 1.5 breast, bone and skin removed (remove)
Mangos, 2 fruit without refuse (remove)
Avocados, California (Haas), 1 fruit without skin and seeds (remove)
*Hellmann's Lowfat Mayo, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Honey Mustard, 10 tsp (remove)
*La Tortilla Factory Smart & Delicious Tomato Basil Wrap, 3 serving (remove)

Directions

Pound chicken breast flat and cut the whole breast into 3 pieces so you have a total of 4 pieces. Grill on each side for 4 minutes or until inside is white and no longer pink. While grilling, cut up the mango and avocado. Once cooked, place mango slices over the chicken breast so the mango heats up a bit. Mix together the mayo and honey mustard until fully combined. Remove chicken/mango and shred the chicken completely. Divide the mango/chicken mixture into three portions. Divide the mayo/honey mustard dressing and spread over three Smart Wraps. Place mango/chicken in each wrap and divide avocado evenly. Wrap up and grill on each side for 1 minute until warm. Serve immediately.
