1 *Good Seasons Dry Italian Dressing Mix (Packet)
4 Chicken Breasts, boneless ,skinless
1/4 cup water
1 small package Low fat cream cheese 8oz
I can - *Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup (98% fat free)
Cut the chicken into medium sized chunks & place in slow cooker.
Combine salad dressing mix and water – pour over chicken.
Cover and cook on low for 3 hours.
Beat cream cheese and soup until blended.
Pour mix over chicken.
Cook 1 hour longer or until juices run clear.
Serve over whole grain lingini
Serve with steamed vegtable of choice no noodles
Tastes great on sourdough toast, topped with sauted mushrooms
