Hot chilli tofu quick to make quicker to enjoy!!

Introduction

My fave chinese did this but in the deep fat frier!!
A fab snack starter or mixed with stirfry veg for a main!!
Be warned i does contain chilli

Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    Tofu
    1 chilli
    Fry lite 1 cal per spray
    soya suace
    Salt
    pepper
    sesame seeds all to taste ... nutritional values will change

Directions

heat up pan adding fry lite
soy sauce
garlic
add chillis
then place tofu flat untill golden
repeat on other side.
season to taste!
