Grilled scallop and peach kabobs

Introduction

For the preserves, I used a tomato-orange-cinnamon preserve I found at my local grocery. It is SUPER yummy on fish and chicken. Sounds weird, but if you can find it, give it a try. Ingredients

    16 oz raw scallops
    4 small peaches, chunked
    1 large bell pepper, cut into chunks
    2 Tbsp All fruit preserve

Directions

Thread scallops, peaches, and bell pepper onto skewers. Heat grill. Take a brush and wipe preserve on kabobs. Grill for 10 minutes or until scallops are done glazing occassionally with preserve.

1 kabob = 1 serving
