Zucchini Bake

Ingredients

    Shredded zucchini, 4 cups
    2 jumbo eggs
    3 egg whites
    2.5 c Heart Smart Bisquick
    1 green pepper
    1 onion
    1 cup Parmesan cheese
    1/2 cup pepperoni
    1 tsp oregano
    garlic, salt, pepper to taste

Directions

Combine all ingredients and bake in 9x13 pan at 350 for 60 minutes. Makes 15 servings.
