Introduction

Almond Milk Smoothie w/ whatever berries you choose Almond Milk Smoothie w/ whatever berries you choose
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    6 oz Almond Milk Original
    1/2 banana
    10 blueberries
    1/4 cup oats
    1 cup or less light n fit yogurt plain or vanilla

Directions

First put in the yogurt, put in half the banana (frozen works too), add blueberries, add 6 oz of almond milk or soy milk (almond makes it sweet), add oats for a nice carb similar to granola but less calories and tastes the same.
