Ingredients

    1 banana
    .375 C frozen strawberries
    .375 C frozen blackberries
    1/2 C frozen blueberries
    3/4 C milk (1%)
    3/4 C organic Knudsen blueberry/pomegranate juice

    and then I add 10 supplements, following the single portion size listed on container:
    wheat germ
    flaxseed
    amla powder
    extra virgin coconut oil
    Berry Green
    Kayo Green
    Barleans Greens
    Chlorella
    Spirulina
    Earth's Promise Greens

Directions

Stick in blender and blend! Makes about 12 oz.
