Sweet Potato Soup

Ingredients

    8 cups bouillion
    1 onion
    2 celery stalks
    3 lbs sweet potatos peeled and cut into pieces
    1 TBSP curry powder
    2 tsp thyme
    1 tsp white pepper
    .25 tsp cayenne
    1 can chick peas, rinsed and drained

Directions

Add all ingredients into a pot and cook until potatoes are soft.

Remove pot from heat and blend with hand blender or in batches in blender or food processor.
