Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    2 Slices of Nature's Own Bread 36 cal a slice :)
    1 can of Tuna packed in water
    1 egg boiled use egg white only
    1 oz pickels chopped up
    1 tbsp Fat Free Mayo

Directions

Open can of Tuna and put in bowl. Cut up the boiled egg white into small pieces. Cut the pickles into bite size pieces. Add mayo, egg, pickles into bowl with Tuna. Stir Add salt n pepper if you like.

Makes 2 servings. I eat one sandwhich for lunch and save the rest of the Tuna for the next day's lunch!
