Cold Rice Salad

Ingredients

    Long Grain and wild rice mix
    red onion, finely diced
    celery, finely diced
    raisins
    slivered almonds
    fresh herbs to taste

Directions

Prepare rice according to package directions. Chill. Add remaining ingredients and combine thoroughly. Add herbs to taste. I like mint and cilantro.
