Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    Romaine Salad Blend, 3 cup
    Yellow Bell Pepper, sliced and halved
    Green Pepper, sliced and halved
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2, cut into chunks
    Canned Kidney Beans, 1 cup, drained and rinsed
    Artichokes, canned, drained
    Dressing:
    Capers, 1 tbsp, drained and rinsed
    Good quality Balsamic Vinegar, 3 tbsp
    Italian seasoning

Directions

Assemble salad ingredients.

Whisk dressing ingredients, dress and toss.
