    Ingredients:
    Romaine Salad Blend, 3 cup
    Beans, black, 1 can, drained and rinse
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 1 cup, thawed
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 cup, chopped (optional)
    Cilantro, raw, large handful, chopped
    Leftover cold Brown Rice, 1 cup, tossed with cayenne pepper
    Dressing:
    Good quality salsa or your choice, or homemade, to taste.
