1 bag (4 serv) seafood mix (or just calamari)
16 oz shrimp
2 cups straines or chopped tomato( pomi brand no salt added)
1/2 cup coconut milk
1 1/2 tsp curry powder
10 fresh or frozen Curry leaves
1/2 tsp turmeric
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp garam masala.
4 tbs lemon juice.
Peel the shrimp.
mix all the spice powders with the seafood,let sit for an hour in fridge, if time allows ,otherwise just heat up the strained or chopped tomatoes
add the coconut milk and then add the seafood and lemon juice cook until done 4-6 min apx. Salt and pepper as needed. also for a "hotter" dish add some more chili and curry.
serve with rice or noodles.
