Apple and Pineapple Healthy Salad

Introduction

Satisfyingly crunchy and sweet and still good for you. Only five ingredients. Satisfyingly crunchy and sweet and still good for you. Only five ingredients.

Ingredients

    3 Tbsp. Plain Yogurt (preferably Greek)
    1 Cup fresh sweet Apples, cut into chunks
    1/2 cup pineapple chunks (canned in juice)
    1/4 cup slivered almonds
    1 package Splenda (or to taste)

Directions

Makes 2 servings, easily adjusted for more.

Toast almonds by placing in a frying pan over medium heat for about five minutes, or until you smell a toasted aroma. If you don't want to toast them, don't. Reserve a teaspoon or so of the almonds for topping.

Combine all ingredients and stir well. Top with reserved almonds.
