Tomato Bread Soup

Ingredients

    4 ~ 5 cups chopped tomatoes
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic
    1 tsp dried oregano
    2 cups water
    2 bay leaves
    6 slices bread

Directions

1. Cook onion and garlic until soft.
2. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until mushy. Add dried oregano.
3. Add bay leaves and 2 cups of water and bring to a boil.
4. Add chopped pieces of bread and cook until bread absorbs all or almost all the water.
