3 cups whole wheat flour 2 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. salt 3 tbsp. fat free margarine 1 1/4 cup warm water
Mix dry mix ingredients in a large bowl. Add butter. Add warm water a little at a time until dough is soft, not sticky. Knead for a few minutes. Pull of peices of dough to for about 12 small dough balls. Let rest for 10 minutes. After resting, roll out dough with a rolling pin. Roll as thick or thinly as you like.
