Ingredients

    Actual Recipe as follows:
    (I had made some modifications in mine)

    1/2 lb extra-lean ground beef
    1/2 lb ground turkey breast
    1 can (15.5 oz) pinto beans, rinsed and drained
    1 can (4 oz) chopped green chile peppers, drained
    1 envelope (1.25oz) reduced-sodium toco seasoning mix
    1 cup (8oz) fat free sour cream
    1 cup (4oz) shredded reduced fat cheddar cheese
    baked tortilla chips (optional)

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350F. Coat a 9x9 (I used 8x8") baking dish with nonstick spray.

2. Warm a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add beef and turkey, stirring to break into pieces. Cook 10 minutes, or until no longer pink.

3. Stir in beans, peppers and taco seasoning mix. Spoon into the prepared baking dish.

4. Spread sour cream over the top. Sprinkle with cheese.

5. Bake 30 minutes, or until heated through and cheese is bubbly. Serve with chips, if using.
