Introduction

This was given to me by a good friend from Iowa. This is a favorite for potlucks and goes fast! She used Jiffy Mix but we can't get Jiffy Mix up in Canada so she substituted the first 6 ingredients to take it's place. This was given to me by a good friend from Iowa. Ingredients

    3/4 Cup Cornmeal
    1 Cup Flour
    1/3 Cup Sugar
    1 Tbsp Baking powder
    1/2 tsp Salt
    1/4 Cup Oil
    1 (16 or 19oz) Can whole kernel corn
    1 (16 or 19 oz) Can creamed corn
    1 Cup Sour cream
    1 Cup Melted butter
    2 Eggs, well beaten
    2 Tbsp Sugar

Directions

Mix everything together well. Pour into buttered 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 F for 45 minutes.
