Ingredients

    Sliced Carrots
    Broccoli
    Brown Rice (1/2 C. Rice & 1 C. Water)
    Onion
    Mushrooms
    Diced Chicken Breast
    Soy Sauce

Directions

Stir Fry onion & mushrooms. Add water & veggies. Start rice. Dice Chicken. Combine all ingredients when done & add soy sauce to taste.
