Brown rice and Teff Gluten Free Dosas

Ingredients

    Ingredients:

    * Rice flour, brown, 2 cup (remove)
    * *Bob's Red Mill Teff Flour, 0.5 cup (remove)
    * Salt, 1 tsp (remove)
    * Water, tap, 3 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    Olive oil 2 tbsp

Directions

Makes a dozen 8 in dosas
wisk together the flours and water and salt. Wisk right before putting it into the pan, each time you make a dosa.
Put just enough oil in the pan to keep the dosa from sticking and fry until the edges curl up. Flip and cook for several minutes longer to ensure the middle is done.
