Frozen Banana Cocoa Whip

Introduction

This is quick and easy if you have cut-up frozen bananas in your freezer. Whip it in the food processor as long as you can for the lightest texture. This is quick and easy if you have cut-up frozen bananas in your freezer. Whip it in the food processor as long as you can for the lightest texture.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1/4 cup Nonfat Milk
    3 Bananas, frozen, cut up into pieces
    1 tbsp Unsweetened cocoa powder
    2 scoops Vanilla Protein Powder

Directions

Put milk and bananas in food processor and blend until mixture reaches a smooth consistency. Add cocoa powder and protein powder and continue to blend until mixture is frothy, almost like a mousse. The longer you blend it the lighter it is.

Enjoy!

Makes 4 servings, approximately 1 cup each (depending on how long you let it blend).
