Patch Chicken Noodle Soup

Introduction

A healthy chicken noodle soup, low/no salt. 1 cup per serving A healthy chicken noodle soup, low/no salt. 1 cup per serving
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1 cooked chicken breast, diced
    2.5 quarts (10 cups) homemade chicken stock, no salt
    1 tsp salt (optional)
    1 tbsp finely chopped elephant garlic
    1/2 cup finely diced carrot
    3 celery stalks, finely diced
    4 oz dry Ronzoni Healthy Harvest Fusilli, 7 grain pasta

Directions

Place about a cup of chicken stock in a large pot and turn on medium heat.
Dice carrots, celery and garlic and place in pan. Cook for about 5 minutes.
Add rest of stock, salt and chicken and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for about 45 minutes.
During last 10 minutes add dry pasta and up heat to medium/high.
