Fish - Shrimp Scampi

Ingredients

    12 oz Shrimp, medium size
    1.2 Cup Onion, chopped
    1/2 Cup Bell Pepper, chopped
    2 tsp Garlic Powder
    1/2 Cup White Wine
    2 tsp Lemon Juice
    1 TBS Olive Oil

Directions

Saute Onions and Green Pepper in non-stick pan, with 1 TBS Olive Oil

Add shrimp, wine, lemon jice, and garlic powder to the pan and cook 3-4 minutes, stirring often until shrimp is pink.

Recommended meal for 1: 3 Cups Cooked Broccoli, 1 Apple and 1/2 cup Grapes
