IntroductionLight, refreshing and filling sandwich Light, refreshing and filling sandwich
2 Slices of wheat or mixed grain bread
2 large iceberg lettuce leaves
.5 cup of Alfalfa sprouts
1 medium slice of raw onion
1 large slice of red tomato
.25 cup of cucumber slices
3 tbsp of hummus
Spread the hummus on one slice of bread.
Top with lettuce, sprouts, onion, tomato, and cucumbers.
Cover with other piece of bread and enjoy.
