Great to make ahead of time for breakfasts on the go! Great to make ahead of time for breakfasts on the go!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 slice reduced sodium ham
    1 egg
    1 tbsp reduced fat Sargento cheddar cheese
    Pinch rosemary
    Pinch pepper

Directions

Fold slice of ham over on itself and line muffin tin with meat. Break one egg into the ham cup. Sprinkle with pepper, rosemary and top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

Nutritional breakdown is for 1 serving. Make as many as you'd like. These refrigerate well for the week. Pop one in the microwave and sandwich between an English muffin for a great breakfast on the go!
