Introduction

Quick & easy when I've run out of time. Serve with a veggies or add veggies to the vermicelli/beef mixture and make it a one dish meal.

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 Pkg Beef Flavor Rice & Vermicelli
    1 Tbsp Olive Oil
    12 oz. Ground Round, cooked & crumbled

Directions

Brown Vermicelli according to instructions on pkg, but substitute olive oil for 2 Tbsp butter.

Add 2 1/2 C water, flavor packet, and ground round.

Cook 20 minutes until rice is tender.

Serve with veggies.
