Ingredients

    Salad:
    1 4.5-oz package Starkist Tuna Creations Zesty Lemon Pepper
    2 tbsp minced celery
    1 tbsp chopped walnuts
    1 tbsp minced parsley
    2 tbsp minced scallions
    5-6 grape tomatoes, quartered
    1 ounce chopped leaf or romaine lettuce

    Dressing:
    1 tbsp Dijon mustard
    1/2 tsp honey
    1 tbsp lemon juice
    1 tbsp nonfat Greek yogurt
    1/2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
    a healthy pinch of Italian herbs
    a pinch of kosher salt
    a couple of grinds of black pepper
