Ingredients

4 c. sweetened coconut
14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
**This recipe was originally made and calculated with regular sweetened condensed milk, however low fat and fat free options are available. Will try next time and calculate the nutrition facts.
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 F. Spray 8x8 pan with cooking spray. Mix coconut and milk in a bowl until all coconut is completely covered with milk, any coconut not wet will burn. Pat into the pan and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until edges are golden brown. Let cool, cut into 20 squares, and enjoy!
