Ingredients

(2) 6-ounce cans of tuna packed in water
1 cup 2% cottage cheese
1/2 cup diced fresh tomatoes
1/2 cup diced celery
1/4 cup chopped salted, roasted cashews
Directions
Smash cottage cheese with a fork until most of the lumps are gone. Stir in tuna, tomatoes, celery and cashews. Season to taste with pepper. Serve 5 ounces in a half whole-wheat Pita Pocket (calories not included).
