Luciano's Bruschetta

Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 10 oz can crushed tomatoes
    1 lb diced fresh tomatoes (about 4 medium)
    1/2 c. chopped fresh basil
    1/2 c. olive oil
    1/4 c. finely chopped fresh garlic
    1/4 t. salt
    1 1/2 t. black pepper

Directions

Makes 1 litre.

Stir everything together. Serve with a baquette or crustinis.

With my new food processor, I rough chop, add everything and pulse until desired consistency.

Refrigerate up to 4 days.
