Artichoke Dip

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1/2 c. grated parmesan (I like Grana Padano)
    1/2 c. Hellmans Mayonnaise
    1 can artichokes, drained and chopped
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 c. shredded mozzarella

Directions

Mix everything but the mozzarella together.

OR With a food processor, add parmesan & mayonnaise. Then add rough chopped artichokes & garlic and pulse until desired consistency.

Put in a greased pie plate. Top with mozzarella. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.

Serve with triscuits or tortilla chips.
