Cream of Broccoli Soup

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    5 cups broccoli florettes
    2 cups cauliflower
    1 medium onion
    2 celery stalks
    4 cups chicken broth
    4 cups water
    1 can of chick peas, rinsed and drained
    .5 tsp pepper
    .5 tsp tumeric
    1 cup milk

Directions

Put all ingredients EXCEPT milk into a soup pot and boil until all vegetable are cooked, about 25 minutes.

Remove from heat and puree using a blender or hand blender.

Add milk and stir to combine.
