Submitted by: 4GOOD4EVER

Introduction

This is a great meatloaf with a little spicy twist. Making it with turkey makes it healthy and lower in fat than traditional meatloaf! This is a great meatloaf with a little spicy twist. Making it with turkey makes it healthy and lower in fat than traditional meatloaf!

This is the best turkey meatloaf recipe I have tried. The sausage makes all the difference in moisture and taste. I reduced the oatmeal to a heaping half cup and added a few chopped onions. - 12/8/07
